For exterior applications less than 1″ thick use Sand Mix with QUIKRETE® Concrete Acrylic Fortifier and do not use QUIKRETE® Concrete Bonding Adhesive. Sand Mix with Acrylic Fortifier is a very good way of topping concrete in a thickness range of about 3/8″ to 1″.
